I am working on a series of presentations aimed at parents of early teenage children on the subject of how to understand what their kids get up to with their modern technology, including computers, mobile phones and particularly the internet.

The “Parents Aware” programme will use publicly available source material and will cover such topics as the world-wide-web, email, on-line shopping & gaming and especially so-called “social networking”, and will emphasise the useful as well as the potentially harmful aspects of all of these. For an overview document, please click here: parents-aware.
